Gluten Free Meatloaf

Ingredients

2 pounds of ground beef

1/c cup of gluten free oatmeal or crushed gluten free rice krispies

2 eggs beaten

½ onion finely diced

¼ cup ketchup (optional)

Salt & pepper to taste

Method:

Mix all the ingredients together. 

Form into 2 loaves. 

Bake in 350 oven for about 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 160°F or 71°C.

Let rest for a few min then slice and serve
